At Sri Renuka Ellamma Home Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we deal with freshly prepared homemade food products, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining food safety standards.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Products that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be provided only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a wrong product.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The order is incomplete or items are missing.
- The product is spoiled at the time of delivery due to shipping-related issues.
- Your order is cancelled by Sri Renuka Ellamma Home Foods before dispatch.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
4. Refund Process
After verifying your request, we may offer:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- A replacement product
- Store credit (where applicable)
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.
5. Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Delay caused by courier services beyond our control
- Change of mind after the order is prepared or dispatched
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly
- Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or appearance, as all products are handmade
